Today I sprung over to Spring Street for the second time this week to head over to a new coffee bar, Spring For Coffee. The cafe is no larger than a walk in closet, but let me tell you, they serve up some of the tastiest coffee in town. The specialty is the "crafted cup".....a freshly prepared single cup of the coffee of your choice. Seeing as how today I went in au pair, the "lovers pot" was offered...a Chemex pot with enough for two. The Chemex (see picture) is a mix between drip and French Press and totally delicious. Mad props to Spring for offering that as an option. You can also craft your cup with a gold filter or the French Press.
