I just ran 4.3 miles which means I burned off roughly 430 calories which means my usual M.O. is to grab a delicious calorie filled goodie. My wandering eyes were glued on the chips and guacamole sitting on the counter but I opted to make a smoothie instead.
1 cup tropical frozen cut fruit from Whole Foods
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon Flaxseed
1 cup Vanilla Rice Dream
a couple of ice cubes
blend
Yum. I still want the chips though......
The wedding dress arrived today and I would like to lose a few pounds before I take it in to get altered.
